Terms and Conditions
- The Promoters are Babylon Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 63 002 023 752) of 171 Woodville Road, Villawood NSW 2163 Australia, telephone (02) 8707 1500 (“Workscene”), and Footwear Industries Pty Ltd (ABN 15 068 608 917) trading as Steel Blue of 18 Irvine Drive, Malaga WA 6090 Australia (“Steel Blue”) (collectively referred to as the “Promoters”).
- Information on how to enter the ‘Win a Flight Risk E-Bike’ Promotion (“Promotion”) and details of the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 June 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
- There will be one (1) winner.
- To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
- purchase any Steel Blue branded work or safety boots from a Workscene store or from https://www.workscene.com.au/; and
- for in-store purchases, complete the official entry form in full; or
- for online purchases, entry will be automatically generated using the customer’s eligible online order details.
- Entry into the promotion is conditional on the entrant subscribing to marketing communications from Workscene and Steel Blue.
- Entry is limited to one (1) entry per eligible transaction. Multiple transactions are permitted, provided each transaction complies with these Terms and Conditions.
- Incomplete, indecipherable, offensive or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
- The Promoters reserve the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, proof of purchase and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoters’ discretion. Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of their rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoters reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
- The draw will take place electronically at Workscene Head Office, 171 Woodville Road, Villawood NSW 2163 Australia at 12:00pm AEST on 7 July 2026.
- The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
- The winner will be notified by telephone and email using the contact details provided at the time of entry within seven (7) days of the draw.
- The winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on the promotional pages of the Workscene website within 30 days of the draw.
- The prize consists of one (1) Flight Risk FR505 electric bike valued at AUD $3,699 RRP (“Prize”).
- The Prize will be supplied in black. If the black colourway is unavailable, the winner may select an alternative available colour at the Promoters’ discretion.
- Total prize pool value is AUD $3,699 RRP.
- The Prize includes standard delivery within Australia.
- The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control.
- The winner must claim the Prize within two (2) months of the draw date. If the Prize is not claimed by 12:00pm AEST on 7 September 2026, the Prize will be deemed forfeited.
- If the Prize is unclaimed or the winning entry is deemed invalid, a redraw will take place electronically at Workscene Head Office, 171 Woodville Road, Villawood NSW 2163 Australia at 12:00pm AEST on 8 September 2026.
- The redraw winner, if required, will be notified by telephone and email within seven (7) days of the redraw.
- The redraw winner’s details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published on the promotional pages of the Workscene website within 30 days of the redraw.
- The Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Entrants consent to the Promoters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice if they are the winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media, including social media, for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion and any products distributed and/or supplied by the Promoters.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring their use of the Prize complies with all applicable Australian laws, road rules, e-bike regulations and safety requirements in their State or Territory. The Promoters accept no responsibility for misuse of the Prize or for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of the Prize.
- If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoters reserve the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law:
- to disqualify any entrant; or
- subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
- Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the internet service provider used.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other consumer protection laws in Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).
- Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoters (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability for any personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or use of the Prize.
- The Promoters are not responsible for:
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction;
- theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
- late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected entries;
- any variation in Prize value;
- any tax liability incurred by an entrant or winner; or
- use of the Prize.
- Subject to Australian privacy laws, the Promoters collect personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties including agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information.
- By entering the promotion, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Workscene and Steel Blue. Entrants may opt out at any time in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable States and Territories.
