Shipping Costs

Orders greater than $99 will receive FREE shipping and all other orders will incur a flat $15 shipping fee Australia-wide.

If your item is in stock

Allow up to 24 hours (or 1 business day) for the order to be processed.

Sydney metropolitan area 2-3 business days
Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne 3-4 business days
Tasmania 4-5 business days
Perth, Darwin, Most Regional Areas 5 business days

Backorder Policy

Items that are not in stock or that are non-stocked items may take from 3-10 business days to be processed and dispatched to you.

Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.

When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Returns Policy

Change of mind?

Online Purchases

Goods purchased from must be returned via post within 30 days of the invoice date. The cost of returning the parcel will be at your cost. To return your unwanted items, please mark on your returns form which goods you would like to return using the columns provided.

If the goods you would like to exchange for are not of equal value to the original invoice the FULL purchase will not be exchanged but will be refunded back to your chosen account.

In store Purchases

WORKSCENE goods purchased from retail stores need to be returned to the store from which those goods were purchased within 14 days. Online orders cannot be returned in store and will not be accepted.

If you choose to return your purchase, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Goods must be unused
  • Goods must be in original condition
  • Goods must have ALL tags attached
  • Goods must be returned in original packaging

For all footwear returns, ALL shoe boxes must be returned in their original condition and cannot be returned with freight labels or writing on the box.

Received the wrong product or size?

If you have been issued the wrong product or an incorrect size, please contact us at [email protected].

When will I receive my refund?

Please allow up to 7 working days for your returned parcel to be received. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account. If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back to us, get in touch by emailing [email protected] with your proof of return.

Received a faulty product?

In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please email a photo to [email protected] detailing the issue in order to be assessed. We may consult with the supplier and if the goods are found to be faulty you will be issued a Return Paid eParcel Sticker, and be eligible to receive a full refund OR replacement once the goods have been returned.
