Delivery Policy

Shipping Costs

Orders greater than or equal to $50 will receive FREE shipping, all other orders incur a flat $15 shipping rate.

Sydney metropolitan area 2-3 business days
Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne 3-4 business days
Tasmania 4-5 business days
Perth, Darwin, Most Regional Areas 5-6 business days

Backorder Items

Backorder items are items that we stock, that are temporarily out of stock. We constantly order more stock from suppliers although sometimes it can take up to 10 working days for you to receive these products depending on when you order.

Pre Order Items

Pre Order items are items that are ordered on demand, it can sometimes take up to 10 working days to receive these products.

Returns Policy

Change of mind?

When you shop at Workscene, you are given the ability to return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 90 days of purchase. If you choose to return your purchase, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Product(s) must be unused
  • Product(s) must be in original condition
  • Product(s) must have ALL tags attached
  • Product(s) must be returned in original packaging

Please visit and fill out our online return form. Please note: Returning items that are marked as Pre Order are subject to a re-stocking fee of $25 per Pre Order item.

Received the wrong product or size?

If you have been issued the wrong product or an incorrect size, please visit and fill out our online return form. You will be issued a Return Paid eParcel Sticker which can be used to return your product(s) to Workscene. Upon receiving the goods, the corrected product(s) will be re-shipped free of charge.

Received a faulty product?

We sincerely apologise if you have received a faulty product, please see our Faulty Products Policy below for more information.

Faulty Products
In the rare circumstance that your item has a defect, please fill out our online return form for assessment. We may consult with the supplier and/or manufacturer and if the product(s) are found to be faulty you will be issued a Return Paid eParcel Sticker, and be eligible to receive a full refund OR replacement once the goods have been returned.
