Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Promoter

The promoter is BABYLON INDUSTRIES PTY LTD, trading as Workscene (ABN: 63 002 023 752), of 171 Woodville Rd, Villawood NSW 2163 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:00 am AEDT on Thursday, 5 November 2026 and closes at 11:59 pm AEDT on Wednesday, 2 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

Employees, directors and management of the Promoter, and any other persons directly involved in administering or determining the outcome of the promotion, together with their immediate families, are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter the promotion, eligible participants must, during the Promotion Period:

1. Visit https://workscene.com.au/black-friday-giveaway or access the giveaway form through the Workscene website popup.

2. Complete the online entry form with a valid email address and any other required details.

3. Submit the completed form and follow any email verification instructions required to complete their entry.

Entry is free, and no purchase is necessary.

A maximum of one (1) entry per person is permitted during the Promotion Period, regardless of the entry method used.

Duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize Details

There is one (1) prize available to be won:

• Prize: CAT Industrial Plate 3-Piece Luggage Set

• Colour: Yellow, subject to availability

• Total advertised retail value: AUD $799.99

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $799.99.

The prize will be supplied in yellow where available. If the yellow colour is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, the Promoter may supply the same luggage set in an alternative available colour.

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

If the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Monday, 7 December 2026, at 12:00 pm AEDT, at Workscene, 171 Woodville Rd, Villawood NSW 2163.

The winner will be selected using a computer-generated random selection process.

Each valid entry will have an equal chance of winning.

The first valid entry randomly selected will be declared the provisional winner, subject to eligibility verification.

This promotion is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.

7. Winner Notification

The provisional winner will be contacted via the email address provided at the time of entry within two (2) business days of the draw.

The Promoter will make reasonable attempts to contact the winner, including sending follow-up emails where necessary.

The Promoter may request reasonable information to verify the winner's identity and eligibility and obtain a valid Australian delivery address.

The winner must respond and claim the prize within 30 days of the original draw, by 11:59 pm AEDT on Wednesday, 6 January 2027.

The winner's first initial, surname and postcode will be published on the Workscene giveaway landing page for at least seven (7) days following the draw, subject to applicable laws and privacy requirements.

8. Unclaimed Prize

If the winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or fails to claim the prize within the specified claim period, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw, subject to applicable laws.

The unclaimed prize draw is scheduled for Friday, 8 January 2027, at 12:00 pm AEDT, at Workscene, 171 Woodville Rd, Villawood NSW 2163.

The replacement winner will be selected randomly from the remaining valid entries and notified by email within two (2) business days of the redraw.

The replacement winner will be given a reasonable opportunity to claim the prize in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered to the winner at their nominated Australian residential or business address.

The Promoter will cover reasonable standard delivery costs within Australia.

The winner must provide accurate delivery information when requested. The Promoter will arrange delivery within a reasonable timeframe after the winner's eligibility and delivery details have been confirmed.

The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays outside its reasonable control.

10. Marketing Communications and Privacy

By entering the promotion, participants acknowledge that their personal information will be collected and used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Where participants provide their express consent through the entry form, they also agree to receive promotional communications from Workscene, including information about products, offers, competitions and other marketing activities via email and, where a mobile number is provided and SMS consent is obtained, SMS.

Participants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe or opt-out instructions provided in marketing communications or by contacting Workscene at hello@workscene.com.au.

Withdrawing marketing consent after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate that entry.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with Workscene's Privacy Policy, available through the Workscene website, and applicable Australian privacy and spam laws.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits misleading information or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received due to technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
